About Ever Gotesco Commonwealth

Ever Gotesco Commonwealth is a four-level shopping mall located along Commonwealth Avenue in Quezon City and is accessible by both jeep and bus. The mall houses a variety of stores and services, including Ever Department Store, Ever Supermarket, Gotesco Cinemas and various fashion and food outlets. The mall has its roots in the original Ever Emporium along Recto, which was founded by Jose Go in 1957. The Go Tong Electrical Supply Co., the family business of founder Jose Go.

Arcovia

About Arcovia

Construction of Arcovia City started in early 2015. The development is designed by Filipino architect Carlos Arnaiz. The first phase of construction is expected to be completed by 2019. Arcovia City is a mixed-use development located by the Marikina River east of Ortigas Center being developed by the Megaworld Corporation. The centerpiece of the development is a triumphal arch surmounted by a bronze sculpture of a charioteer emperor accompanied by three horses called the Arco de Emperador. The township will have residential condominiums, a retail hub, LEED-registered office towers and over a thousand trees dotting the mixed-use community. Construction of Arcovia City started in early 2015 and the first phase of construction is expected to be completed by 2019.
