Ever Gotesco Commonwealth is a four-level shopping mall located along Commonwealth Avenue in Quezon City and is accessible by both jeep and bus. Parqal Mall, a play on the words "park" and "kalye", is a new mall in Aseana City, Parañaque. The mall features a variety of retail stores, services, restaurants, an amphitheater, and a pet-friendly open space park called Parqal Greenway. Across the amphitheater is the St. John Paul II Chapel. Some of the early tenants include grocery via The Marketplace, cafes such as Dunkin’, Dylan, Mary Grace and Soy Yummy Café, Security Bank, MC Home depot, and convenient store chain 7-Eleven.
