About NAIA Terminal 3 (Ninoy Aquino International Airport)

The Ninoy Aquino International Airport is the main airport serving the Manila area. It is located between the cities of Pasay and Parañaque, about 7 kilometers south of Manila proper. The airport is named after Senator Benigno Aquino Jr., who was assassinated at the airport in 1983. The airport is managed by the Manila International Airport Authority. In 2018, the airport handled 45,082,544 passengers. The airport will be complemented by two new airports, the New Manila International Airport, located in Bulacan, and Sangley Point Airport, located in Cavite City. After the completion of the two new airports, NAIA will be made into a domestic airport also catering to general aviation, maintenance, cargo, air taxis, business flights, and state/diplomatic visits.

Arcovia

About Arcovia

Construction of Arcovia City started in early 2015. The development is designed by Filipino architect Carlos Arnaiz. The first phase of construction is expected to be completed by 2019. Arcovia City is a mixed-use development located by the Marikina River east of Ortigas Center being developed by the Megaworld Corporation. The centerpiece of the development is a triumphal arch surmounted by a bronze sculpture of a charioteer emperor accompanied by three horses called the Arco de Emperador. The township will have residential condominiums, a retail hub, LEED-registered office towers and over a thousand trees dotting the mixed-use community. Construction of Arcovia City started in early 2015 and the first phase of construction is expected to be completed by 2019.
