About McKinley Exchange Corporate Center

The building was designed by Wong and Ouyang (HK) Limited, the same architectural firm behind the Petron Megaplaza in Makati and the Equitable PCI Bank Tower. It is a rectangular building with a 6-level basement parking, 5 passenger elevators, and 1 service/cargo elevator. The building has a column-free floor plan, with a typical floorplate of 1,800 square meters to 2,200 square meters. It is equipped with an emergency power generator.

Arcovia

About Arcovia

Construction of Arcovia City started in early 2015. The development is designed by Filipino architect Carlos Arnaiz. The first phase of construction is expected to be completed by 2019. Arcovia City is a mixed-use development located by the Marikina River east of Ortigas Center being developed by the Megaworld Corporation. The centerpiece of the development is a triumphal arch surmounted by a bronze sculpture of a charioteer emperor accompanied by three horses called the Arco de Emperador. The township will have residential condominiums, a retail hub, LEED-registered office towers and over a thousand trees dotting the mixed-use community. Construction of Arcovia City started in early 2015 and the first phase of construction is expected to be completed by 2019.
