About Arcovia

Construction of Arcovia City started in early 2015. The development is designed by Filipino architect Carlos Arnaiz. The first phase of construction is expected to be completed by 2019. Arcovia City is a mixed-use development located by the Marikina River east of Ortigas Center being developed by the Megaworld Corporation. The centerpiece of the development is a triumphal arch surmounted by a bronze sculpture of a charioteer emperor accompanied by three horses called the Arco de Emperador. The township will have residential condominiums, a retail hub, LEED-registered office towers and over a thousand trees dotting the mixed-use community. Construction of Arcovia City started in early 2015 and the first phase of construction is expected to be completed by 2019.

It is the second SM Supermall, second in Quezon City, and the seventh SM branch developed and operated by SM Prime Holdings owned by Henry Sy, Sr. It has a land area of 3 hectares (7.4 acres) and has a gross floor area of an approximate 133,327 m2 (1,435,120 sq ft).
