About One Ayala

One Ayala is an under construction mixed-use development developed by Ayala Land Inc. located at Ayala Center in Makati, across the Glorietta mall and occupying the former InterContinental Manila and EDSA Carpark sites. This development combines retail, hotel, and office facilities in a single contiguous space. Construction began in 2016 with the demolition of InterContinental Manila and EDSA Carpark and parts of the development opened in 2022. When completed, One Ayala will have a retail podium on the lower floors, office space on the upper floors, and a hotel on the top floors. The retail podium will be connected to Glorietta mall via a sky bridge. The hotel will be operated by InterContinental Hotels Group.

Victory Central Mall is a seven-level commercial building located in Caloocan's Monumento district right across SM Grand Central. With its several retail and food establishments, the mall offers a diverse range of shopping and dining alternatives. It also has a 100-slot parking lot and an integrated jeepney and tricycle terminal, which provides a convenient transportation network that covers not only Metro Manila but also beyond. The mall is located next to Victory Liner, a major bus terminal, and serves as a hub for various bus routes to Ilocos, Baguio, Dagupan, Olongapo, Iba, Sta. Cruz and Tuguegarao. The EDSA Carousel bus line also ends at the mall, making it a key transit point for commuters.
