The mall opened in 2008, and has a gross floor area of 124,877.85 square meters. It is the largest shopping mall along Marikina-Infanta Highway, and is considered one of the most resilient and sustainable malls in the Philippines. The mall has five floors, with the SM Department Store located on the ground floor of the New Wing.
