The Manhattan Gardens at Araneta City is a 5.7-hectare (14-acre) transit-oriented residential development located at the Araneta City in Cubao, Quezon City. The project is a joint-venture project between the Araneta Group and the Megaworld Corporation, and marketed under Empire East Land Holdings Inc., a subsidiary of the Megaworld Corporation. The development is currently under development with 1 tower topped off and 10 out of the 18 buildings completed, with 7 more towers set to be constructed in the pipeline. The development is designed as a mixed-use development, with residential, commercial, and office space. The residential component will have a total of 3,460 units, with units ranging from studio to three-bedroom units. The commercial component will have a gross leasable area (GLA) of 9,460 square meters, while the office component will have a GLA of 18,920 square meters. The development will also have a retail podium with a GLA of 5,000 square meters.
