The development is designed as a mixed-use development, with residential, commercial, and office space. The residential component will have a total of 3,460 units, with units ranging from studio to three-bedroom units. The commercial component will have a gross leasable area (GLA) of 9,460 square meters, while the office component will have a GLA of 18,920 square meters. The development will also have a retail podium with a GLA of 5,000 square meters. The project is located within close proximity to major transportation hubs such as the MRT-3 Cubao Station and the LRT-2 Araneta Center-Cubao Station.
