Presidents Elpidio Quirino, Carlos P. Garcia, and Diosdado Macapagal are buried there, as well as former Vice President Salvador H. Laurel, generals Artemio Ricarte and Carlos P. Romulo, and Armed Forces of the Philippines Chief of Staff Angelo Reyes. Ferdinand Marcos is the most recent president to be buried at Libingan ng mga Bayani, after the Supreme Court of the Philippines dismissed petitions against his burials.
