Comprising 35 floors, the building is part of a complex that includes the Makati Stock Exchange and two buildings under construction. The tower, designed by international and local architects, houses the headquarters of Ayala Corporation and was once the primary trading floor of the Philippine Stock Exchange. Robinsons Novaliches (formerly known as Robinsons Place Novaliches and Robinsons Nova Market), is a shopping mall in Fairview owned and operated by Robinsons Malls, the second largest mall operator in the Philippines.
