About Alabang Town Center (ATC)

Alabang Town Center is a shopping mall located in southern Metro Manila, next to gated residential communities and business developments. It is one of the oldest shopping malls in the Philippines, having opened in 1982. It is owned by Ayala Malls and has a total of 48,000 m2 of retail space. Notable tenants include Rustan's Department Store, Marks & Spencer, and The Gap. The passport office of the Department of Foreign Affairs is also located in the mall.

The building was designed by Wong and Ouyang (HK) Limited, the same architectural firm behind the Petron Megaplaza in Makati and the Equitable PCI Bank Tower. It is a rectangular building with a 6-level basement parking, 5 passenger elevators, and 1 service/cargo elevator.
